Slightly miffed that Nespresso machines appear to have been taken out of the rooms though - difficult to get a decent coffee first thing in the morning. Perfect for business trip - great hanging space for suits, irons for shirts, desk for working, sofa for chilling and the bed is super comfy. "

"The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We finally enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was once we got home. It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t of queered it I wouldn’t have got it back it was just aggro. I didn’t need once we got home."
