When the taxi driver approached the receptionist with the phone, that person refused to take the phone or check with anyone."

The design in the shower causes splashing outside of it & will eventually cause damage to the flooring, there was minimal space at the sink for one's toiletries & lighting at the mirror over the sink was less than sufficient.
