"The elevator is not operated by card, you can go to whatever floor, taking into account the hotel terrace in top is publicly used, there are bunch of tourists from noon till 10pm constantly using the two tiny elevators, often stopping and looking at the floors in between too. The tv didn’t work, room service menu is only on the tv. I was suggested I should just go to restaurant. Doors are not sealed a giant gap along the entire highlt of the door between the door and its frame. I saw 3 rooms -all had it. You will be a part of every conversation in hallway. Also doors don’t have peak hole and none of the 3rooms had working lock. I would not stay there again. "

"Stayed by myself in a single room. It was near the lift so a bit noisy but I had brought earplugs so I was fine. Bathroom was nice and clean and though the room was very simple it did the job for a short stay! The room has USB ports as well as traditional plugs which was useful. Staff were all very polite and helpful."

"Checking in/ out was quick and easy! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Asked about a place to eat dinner on our first night, was given great advice and he showed us where the restaurant was! Food was great and service as well. Couple we were travelling with had to cut short their stay, they dealt with front desk staff who were able to cancel a night without penalty, thank you!! Would stay here again!"

"A beautiful hotel and a very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. Just make sure to check about getting access to hotel entry because the street may shut down during holidays. "

"everything was good. the one thing which was little but annoying, is that everytime we enter the room we need to log in with name anf email inorder to have free wifi. if we dont do so, there is no internet connection. beside of this they didnt refill the tea&coffee amenities and we needed to ask for it every night..."
