"I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. "Staff very friendly check in time was kind of late as we landed at 8am. But they stored our luggage and did let us check in1 hour earlier as we were very tired. Street noise was very loud. Breakfast was good"

"Hotel rooms are old and dated, they do not look like the images on the website. The spa is an extra €15 for 1 hour which only has a small pool, sauna and steam. The lobby and bar is nice but the pool area is tiny and ran out of loungers. Across the road is a park area full of teenagers so I woke up most nights to loud noise and shouting. Staff however were friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for them as they seemed to be doing the best they could do. "

"I guess I didn’t realize this was a hiatal, but I must say, the service was great! They stayed late to let me in and gave me the key and showed me around. The room was fine, showers had plenty of hot water, kitchen well-stocked, but the toilets were a bit small. The location is good, not far from the main touristy things. Ala in all, it was a good stay."
