Sant Serni de Llanera Trip

The room was big and beautiful. I have no real complaints about the room. The check-in process was not good though. I couldn’t do online check-in and I couldn’t check in at the kiosks because my reservation did not have my name the same as on my ID. So because I didn’t make a reservation with my middle name in it, which is ridiculous who does that, I had to wait in line nearly 40 minutes at 1:30 in the morning to be able to check into my room.

Great restaurants, bar, and selection of slot machines. Wish they would make the casino non smoking - it was diagusting (but not just here - all over Vegas).

Rooms were very clean. Large rooms with large bathroom. Enjoyed our stay

Room was spotless. Staff was helpful and kind.

Kind/ helpful staff , good amenities , poor housekeeping unfortunately : dusty rooms , messy bed sheets even after cleaning
