"Very helpful personal. Rooms were cleaned every day. Comfortable bed. Loved extra pillows. I would recommend this hotel as it is not in noisy area but close enough. Our tour guide told us locals don’t like tourists and we witnessed it. Behind hotel if you go left was standing a drunk woman who wouldn’t let tourists pass. We just went right which is the same distance. There are many places like this. Another plus for me"

"Check-in was at 3pm but the staff made me wait till 3.40pm and I was already exhausted travelling and roaming around. I know it was Easter week and it would be busy but still I was not really happy with check-in but the other services were really good and the room was really clean and well maintained. I liked the area and the roof top restaurant was food with the Sagrada Familia view and my room had view of Sagrada Familia, all in all I would give 4.5 rating"

"Staff was great! We arrived late at night due to our other accommodations falling through. The hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful about getting us into our rooms quickly and dealing with the complicated payments (our fault, not theirs) the following morning. I would certainly recommend them as the rooms were spacious, clean and offered great views. The hotel is also accessible by bus and only a short and easy walk to the metro to quickly get to the airport or downtown."

"Great location and service. Friendly staff. Rooms have very limited space for clothes except for closet but no dressers. Food at hotel restaurant is ok but I would rather find a local restaurant to eat as there are so many to choose from in the area. "

"This property was a great home base to spend your days out and exploring Barcelona. Basic rooms, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast had a large selection of items, it was wonderful. The location, right on Las Ramblas was perfect, so many things within walking distance, and bus/metro stops a short walk away (as is the Starbucks). Plus, a great coffee shop and bakery next door! Ill be back!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with giving directions when we were trying to get to places around the city. The breakfast buffet was A every morning and there is a really cool rooftop terrace that overlooks the city (that has a pool). There is a gelato shop that is really close owned by a family that was incredible, so it was nice to be conveniently located next to that as well as other great food options. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is very accessible...

"Staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us. Bed was comfy. The breakfast selection was good. The bacon and eggs were undercooked. We couldn’t get any English channels on the TV. But we didn’t complain about it until we checked out. Maybe it could have been fixed. There was a nice assortment of personal items (shower cap, sewing kit, shaving kit, dental kit, but no tissues. There was some black mold in the grout lines of the shower. "
