"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and right in the heart of the gothic quarter. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good options for breakfast. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable bed with all the amenities you could wish for in the en-suite bathroom. I would happily recommend and would stay here again. "

"The property was beautiful with a rooftop bar. The hotel overlooked the Barcelona Cathedral and was walkable to most things. The staff was helpful in every way."

"This is a charming little hotel in a great position just off Las Ramblas and convenient for shopping and attractions.. The staff noticed our arrival by taxi and came out to greet us and take our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The decor was first class, with antique pieces in keeping with the colonial theme and very well done. Our ground floor room was ready for occupation at around 10.30 and we had a large room and enormous shower roof. Would have liked a shelf for our bits and pieces and some drawers but these were minor problems. The bar was good with a knowledgeable and competent bar man. I really liked the decor. Breakfast was good value but more 3* than 4* I felt. Despite the small niggles, I would recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay there."
