"-don't like they charged drink from fridge which I never took after check out . They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."

"My room smelled like mold, told the front desk had them clean it. The smell went away for a few hours then returned, they gave me disinfectant spray. The shower wasn’t clean, furniture was beat up. My cousins room was so bad she had to change twice because of the mold scent which was why I didn’t move I was scared to get a room that was worse. The carpets was discolored had a scent in the halls. Hotel needs a serious upgrade!! The staff was nice, hotel is located close to a few food places and a mall. I wouldn’t stay here again "
