"My wife and I were the first guests to stay at this apartment through Hotels.com. There was some confusion with the reservation, and when we tried to confirm our arrival time, we were initially told that they were unsure of whether we actually had a reservation with them or not, even though we had a confirmation from Hotels.com. "Room was spotless, staff was amazing, Gemma was so easy to communicate with and super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that you can hear everything happening outside the room, didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue.
Location is amazing. The room is cleaned daily and the property is tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again. "
