The staff are super helpful and have are able to communicate in a variety of languages. The loft apartment was spacious enough for 3. "The staff was friendly and the room was fine. The significant construction right outside the hotel door overwhelmed any positives with the stay. Crime in the area is a concern. Thieves in attempted to steal our luggage right out of the back of the cab as we were departing the hotel on Saturday at 8am. "
