Our flat was absolutely perfect for what we needed and it did have aircon in the sitting area. We had everything that we needed to cook properly (important when you have allergies in the family), comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and enough space for everyone to sit down to eat. The residence is in an area with lots of facilities and supermarkets nearby. There are absolutely loads of nearby restaurants. It was convenient for the beach and also a 5-10 min walk from the metro station. We live in the countryside, but we didn't notice any particular noise. We completely agree with the review about it being a student residence, rather than a 5 star hotel, but it's a very nice student residence! We would very happily come back the next time that we visit Barcelona.

Excellent location and price. Just a walk away from La Barceloneta beach. A small complete room with kitchenette, desk, bathroom with toiletries. I didn't like that breakfast was 3 blocks away. The should stick with basket for the room.

Great place to stay in the cooler months because there is no AC, they supplies the room with 2 fans but it isn’t enough. Mainly slept here due to it being so hot. It does have a kitchenette so that benefits for quick snacks and to bring back leftovers. They kept it clean and would knock in the morning to reup on stuff.

Avoid if you can, there were no AC in such hot weather of Barcelona and fans we’re terrible at speed. Mattress were okay so as bathroom, but still very far from any transit stop. Just 5 mins walk to beach which is the only good part of this. Breakfast was free but they serve only 1 item per person. Please avoid even if you want to save money.

L’emplacement de cet établissement est idéal, 5 min à pied de la plage, 10 min du métro ou de la vieille ville, à deux pas de commerces de proximité. L’accueil a été bon et rapide, le parking avait bien été réservé ( bien sécurisé). L’équipement de la chambre est bon, vous avez de quoi vivre sans probleme ( frigo, cafetière italienne, casserole, plaque de cuisson, micro onde…). La climatisation est un plus aussi. Cependant elle est vétuste: moisissures dans la douche, porte et mur sale avec des traces de doigts facilement enlevable. Les lits sont corrects.

Fijn verblijf!

Wij vonden het een fijn verblijf. 5min naar het strand en cafe s. 19min naar shopping mall en aquarium. 2min naar Lidl. Naar vershcillenee bezienswaardigheden lopen is tussen de 20 en 45 minuten. Er is 24/7 iemand bij de receptie, dus snachts later inchecken was geen probleem. Wij hadden de familie kamer met prive keuken. Schoonmaak kon wel beter, vooral in de badkamer..

Perfekt til den der rejser alene

Jeg rejste alene og nød at have plads og mulighed for at lave mad og have et køleskab. Roligt og hyggeligt kvater. Mange unge mennesker i området. Nemt til indkøb. Tæt på stranden. 5 min gang til metro. To stop med metro så er du 150 meter fra hvor bussen til og fra lufthavnen holder. Bemærk : det er ikke et hotel værelse ! Men en studio lejlighed / kollegie værelse.

Heikko äänieristys. Jalkapallokentän häly ja äänet kuului klo 12 saakka yöllä. Sitten tuli roska-autot ja muuta raskasta liikennettä kadulle. En ningún momento de la reserva te dicen que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, imposible dormir en un cuarto tan caliente y sin un ventilador que sople mas fuerte. Inicialmente nos entregaron una habitación que no estaba aseada, nos toco esperar a que nos asignaran otra; nos desactivaron la tarjeta de acceso al segundo día y no podíamos usar la habitación. En general es un sitio costoso para lo que ofrece , lo único bueno es la ubicación cerca de la playa
