    Excellent stay. The studio was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. I have stayed at RESA Campus del Mar before and have always had a positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it.

    Our flat was absolutely perfect for what we needed and it did have aircon in the sitting area. We had everything that we needed to cook properly (important when you have allergies in the family), comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and enough space for everyone to sit down to eat. The residence is in an area with lots of facilities and supermarkets nearby. There are absolutely loads of nearby restaurants. It was convenient for the beach and also a 5-10 min walk from the metro station. We live in the countryside, but we didn't notice any particular noise. We completely agree with the review about it being a student residence, rather than a 5 star hotel, but it's a very nice student residence! We would very happily come back the next time that we visit Barcelona.

    My uni daughter loved how close to the beach room was. We did our laundry, staff was informative. However, arriving from Canada in a peak season (August), we had to pay extra for AC - it was unbearable without it. Overall 4 star.

    Excellent location and price. Just a walk away from La Barceloneta beach. A small complete room with kitchenette, desk, bathroom with toiletries. I didn't like that breakfast was 3 blocks away. The should stick with basket for the room.

    Great place to stay in the cooler months because there is no AC, they supplies the room with 2 fans but it isn’t enough. Mainly slept here due to it being so hot. It does have a kitchenette so that benefits for quick snacks and to bring back leftovers. They kept it clean and would knock in the morning to reup on stuff.

    Avoid if you can, there were no AC in such hot weather of Barcelona and fans we’re terrible at speed. Mattress were okay so as bathroom, but still very far from any transit stop. Just 5 mins walk to beach which is the only good part of this. Breakfast was free but they serve only 1 item per person. Please avoid even if you want to save money.

    Impossible to stay here during the summer as there is no air conditioning. Room floors were not cleaned on arrival. Lots of sand and dirt from previous guests on floors. It was worse than “get what you paid for” and the neighbourhood is simply gross (dirty and strong offensive smells.) I cannot recommend this option for travellers, no matter how budget conscious you are as staying in a room with such high temperatures is a health hazard.

    L’emplacement de cet établissement est idéal, 5 min à pied de la plage, 10 min du métro ou de la vieille ville, à deux pas de commerces de proximité. L’accueil a été bon et rapide, le parking avait bien été réservé ( bien sécurisé). L’équipement de la chambre est bon, vous avez de quoi vivre sans probleme ( frigo, cafetière italienne, casserole, plaque de cuisson, micro onde…). La climatisation est un plus aussi. Cependant elle est vétuste: moisissures dans la douche, porte et mur sale avec des traces de doigts facilement enlevable. Les lits sont corrects.
