- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The cleanliness of the rooms were poor, floor was dirty, mirror was stained. The layout of the room was fit for purpose, nowhere. Housekeeping would start cleaning before 8am and would make so much noise that ended up getting up each morning early. When we told the reception they just shrug their shoulders, no apology nothing!
