The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean, well equipped and the beds are super comfortable!
However, the breakfast was appalling! At 10am on a Sunday morning, the buffet was depleted and was not refilled or refreshed in the 45 minutes we were there - everything was cold and when we told the manageress she only then noticed that the heaters had been turned off!
Nice stay - but eat elsewhere.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini...

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff.
The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. We primarily were interested in Hatton Garden to buy an engagement ring, which I did successfully :)
We would definitely stay here again. My only...

Great location if you need to be in the city of London and extremely convenient for working in Cornhill. Hotel rooms are connected to the pub below of which I didn’t expect to be so nice - pleasantly surprised how well it was styled. Staff were very courteous and friendly.
