This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.
