"The property was nice and for the most part convenenient. I did not like having to make repeat trips to the concourse for drinks because the surroinding bars around the VIP area closed at sundown. So if you pay for the larger sauite be advised that youll need to keep your minifridge well stocked."

A BIG shoutout for Joceline Ortiz Medina & William Altagracia. Joceline went above & beyond the line! She was very hospitable, attentive and provided us with an outstanding service and always with a smile and such a wonderful attitude! William gave us an amazing service, he would give us every drink from cup of water to a beer with a smile, positive attitude and “es un placer”!! Thank you so much to all the people working (behind the scenes; cooks, dishwashers, etc. )gardeners, waitresses, towels crew, pool crew etc…that made our trip a wonderful experience!!! We now want to go back and will def go back!!!! Than YOU!"
