"Liked - We have stayed at the property before and was aware of the surroundings. Didn't like - Would have liked to have known what VIP was? Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired. "

"We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. "

"We were looking for a restful stress-free vacation and Excellence delivered! The Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff always had a smile and they were always eager to help. We throughly enjoyed the cabanas and pool area and the swim up bar. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked a massage and facial and to our surprise, Hydrotherapy was included. The spa staff were friendly and the massages were great! The only downside for us was the food. The food experience was definitely...

"Most amazing vacation ever. Staff was wonderful. We will be back over and over. Victor was very professional and we requested him daily. All staff made us feel like we were royalty. (Which we are not). Food every restaurant was delicious and flavorful. Room service was fast and hot. I could keep going on and on. You need need to try this resort. You will love it "
