"I am not hard to please at all. And I love a good all inclusive. This place fell short for me in a few big areas. Mostly, the food was not good, the public restrooms were really gross, and the night entertainment was really poorly done. 1. Food - not good. Three of people I was with had diarrhea 1-2 days at some point during the trip. Service was sometimes not too friendly. Avoid the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. The only thing that was great were their pastries/desserts. Whoever is doing the baking there is amazing! Coffee bar was good and staff were friendly there. 2. Service - Average. Bartenders were mostly nice. Drinks were good. Cleaning services were good. Our room was cleaned very well every day. 3. Night entertainment - horrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Just the same people from the day activities doing the same dancing over and over again. 4. Room - really clean and everything was comfy. Nice pool/ocean view and a very nice large balcony. The room was the only really excellent thing. 5. Public restrooms - so gross. The ones by the pool smelled like sewage every day. Need updating badly. 6. Beach - good. Enough chairs on the beach. Lots of shade or sun, whichever you prefer. 7. Pools - good. Nice choice of pools. There was a swim up bar pool that was fun, a quieter pool for days we wanted a more relaxed feel, and a rooftop infinity pool that was really cool. "

"The rooms are huge, extremely clean and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, and the patio was perfect. Large covered area to relax with multiple seating options. And it was very clean! The washrooms were large and also quite modern and clean. This resort has one of the best gyms I have experienced in an all-inclusive, and the opportunities for activities are extensive. There were many pools to choose from, and my husband and I did not have any trouble finding chairs by the pool. The beach was incredibly well-maintained, and the staff were all very helpful. The food options were average, but exactly what we expected for an all-inclusive, and we always found more than enough to eat. The buffets were always well stocked and the a la carte meals were excellent. We would recommend this resort and plan on coming back in the future!"

Cons **They say you cant reserve chairs under umbrellas but they do nothing about it. Going to beach / pool around 6:30am and theyre already "claimed" with people's towels yet nobody actually sitting on them or in the pool. **The website you go to for making dinner reservations is awful. You have to log in at 7:00am to get a reservation. Not 7:02, exactly 7am. It sells out by 7:02. Even though the ap says "log in at 7:30". You also cannot make reservations in person. So, there are only a few restaurants, other than the buffets, to choose from if you want a sit down meal (and missed the reservation window)"

"This hotel was super clean with great amenities..food was all very tasty...drinks were strong...our room was always cool and our pool was heated wich is always a plus...shows and d.j every night and a club to dance at..would recommend to anyone"
