"Everyone made my stay at the resort enjoyable to the point where I want to return back in a couple of months. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and every interaction felt warm and sincere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving me the perfect space to relax. The amenities were top-tier, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and inviting. Overall, it was an experience that went beyond my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon."

"Very attentive staff, amazing room (we had the basic junior suite - I loved the jacuzzi and the bed on our patio was an amazing chill out spot), there are no lunch and dinner buffet so everything is a la carte in various restaurants! The food was uneven from one restaurant to the next but once you figure out your preferences its amazing. Be ready for a lot of red meat! Always found beach chairs and unlimited towels.. when none was available, a worker would move one for you from the pool and set you up! We were not Excellence club and I didn’t feel we missed out on anything. Great overall"

"Resort was awesome. It is very large but has shuttles if you don’t want to walk. Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. We would recommend. "
