(e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). "Hotel lobby is non a/c and full of mosquitoes. The front desk is quite unhelpful. Not willing to change or help changing money from large notes to smaller denominations. Room service is terrible"

"The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!. So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor...

"Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.) First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent. Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same. Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust....

"I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...
