"I loved my week long stay at the JW. The breakfast buffet is eclectic with both western and eastern options. What I loved most was the diverse crowd who didn’t seem to all be in Mumbai for tourism. Compared to the Taj Mahal Hotel, the JW seemed to have guests who are truly there to vacation and relax with family or friends. I personally loved that aspect about this hotel. The energy was exciting but also relaxing and peaceful. There were a few bugs in my room that the staff helped clean when I requested but other than that, the rooms were cozy, clean and had everything you would need. The pool area is beautiful with a child friendly area. The staff was top notch and not too overbearing. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Mumbai. "
