Amazing property staff always treat you well couldn’t ask for a better hotel

The staff was pleasant n professional most of the time except some flaws in their services like breakfast ordered in room wasn’t complete, food at pool side received with no napkins, towels at pool side are really stained hotel needs to replace them, kettle in my room was broken and fridge was nasty ...

Really nice pool facilities and ambience. There lobby areas and restaurants are nice.

Clean room good food, staff friendly and easy to find location

Hotels Room are clean and neat. But water park is not at all good. Main swimming pool has very dirty green water and also mouse inside. Slides and children water park ok. no so clean. Park timing very odd 10 am to 5 pm and so there is no benifit for people staying back at this resort. May be good ...

Nice hotel with a good view of lake and close to beach. Good food.
