"The Taj Hotel and Taj Tower are truly Jewels of the Sea. The staff at both properties are welcoming and seek to provide the best customer service experience for their guests. From the moment you walk into their immaculate but warm and inviting lobby area you are greeted by friendly and attentive staff such as Tanvi who gave a traditional welcome and blessing for my stay. The rooms in Taj Tower are clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Generally, I go off site for most of my meals and events while on vacation, but the Taj makes you want to stay on property. The food at the Taj is top notch. Each day I enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet at the Shamiana restaurant which had a variety of breakfast options in the buffet line and from the menu. Dining came with great service including the incredibly efficient Hostess, Shraddha who kept the tables moving without making you feel rushed, to Prashant who is an attentive and considerate waiter who made good dining recommendations and remembered my dining preferences. I would recommend getting up at 8 a.m. to join the yoga class by the pool each morning to start your day and the instructors are excellent. I would highly recommend a visit to the Spa Wellness Center and try their Spa Experience. Dorothy was my masseuse. Combining the serene atmosphere with her massage skills, this was the best spa experience I have ever had and is well worth it. Overall, I highly recommend the Taj Tower for a quality experience when visiting Mumbai."

"It really does feel a lot like going back to what the days of the Raj must have been like. Everything is sumptuously beautiful, and no expense seems to have been spared - from the sitar players in unexpected corners to the wonderful smell from the vast floral displays. I was only there for less than 24 hours (though sadly I had to pay for to nights to achieve the required 10pm checkout time) so didn't have time to explore everything, but i did make sure I tried all the "perks" of the (even more expensive) club room I'd booked in a fit of extravagance. The breakfast buffet was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. There was nothing wrong with it, but there was way less choice than I'd expect from a top end breakfast buffet. the other three - high tea, cocktails, and cognac and coffee - were all much better. The room itself was huge and well-equipped. Crucially it had the only two things that really matter - a comfortable bed and a good shower."

"Stayed at the property for a day. Very luxuriously appointed. Pros : -As a solo traveller, the single bed was sufficient. -Toilet facilities were clean and fresh. -Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. -Bar facility available on premise. -Elevator and stairs available. -TV was working!😁 Cons : -Even with the AC off, the room was very cold. -There was a constant squeaking noise. To smoke, you need to step out of the Airport, and the hotel provides an outpass that needs to be validated with the security. Having said that, it was a really good stay experience for me!"

"The Staff was very helpful for the Early Checkin & Upgrade which was applicable due to Hotels.com Gold Membership. Also the rooms given were very well maintained. The best part is that in BKC area the hotel arranges for free Pickup & Drop any number of times."

"Holiday Inn is very conveniently located close to the airport. It is also right next to Saki Naka metro station. Ideal place to stay if you want to drop or pick up someone at the airport. Facility is great, food is superb and service is excellent."
