"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel location was good, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Cardiff. The rooms were clean and good size for 2 adults. The staff were friendly, both in reception and the restaurant.
