"Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"This place is beyond amazing! From the moment you step in, you feel the warm welcome from the staff! They really go an extra mile to make your vacation u forgettable! Thank you Jancer Pierre and Rosendo for my surprise birthday dinner with a treat :-) also all the entire team from the Sushi restaurant. I had so much fun here - great music, food and everything else…a place to make memories outlast!!!"
