El staff nos ayudo en todas nuestras dudas! El cuarto estaba bien solo las sabanas un poco sucias pero nada del otro mundo. El baño limpio. En general recomiendo el hotel!

Estar en Cuetzalan es mágico, muy bello el lugar y hospedandonos en este hotel lo hizo mucho más agradable, totalmente un hotel muy recomendable por sus instalaciones y más por lo lindo de la gente que da servicio.

Nos gusto su ubicación, el desayuno buffet del domingo fue bueno pero el del lunes muy ligero sobre todo si vas a realizar un paseo a las grutas o cascadas necesitas más energía.

Muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias, muy bien servicio y el desayuno muy rico, lo malo fue que un día nos quedamos sin agua caliente pero nos resolvieron el problema.

La habitacion que nos toco es de una sección casi nueva. Los contactos de la cabecera no funcionan.

Es una buena opción, muy básica pero no hay muchas opciones en Cuetzalan. Esta limpio y dormimos bien. Había agua caliente , lastima que las ventanas son tan pequeñas y no tiene mosquiteros en época de calor debe de ser incomodo dormir ahi, nosotros fuimos en octubre a la Fiesta del Cafe y Huipil. Pero el personal como toda la gente de Cuetzalan es muy amigable. Lo que SUPER recomiendo es a un guía local, se llama Antonio magnifico, ahi tienen su teléfono.

El hotel está céntrico, pero hubo detalles que en un hotel no deberían ocurrir como la falta de agua en ocasiones, a la tina de hidromasaje le falta mantenimiento, hay cucarachas.

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación céntrica lo que permite desplazarse por los callejones hasta la plaza principal caminando en 15 min. Me gustó que cuenta con estacionamiento amplio y cómodo. el personal muy amable. Incluye desayuno sabroso. Permite disfrutar de una vista encantadora a las montañas Por ubicación, comida , comodidad de las habitaciones, limpieza y vista lo recomiendo.

Muy buena atención, el desayuno riquísimo, la habitación es lo que promete, el baño muy limpio con tina excelente. Al centro son como cuatro calles te puedes ir caminando, lo que no te dan es información turística, debes ir a la Casa de Cultura que está a una calle y preguntar. Good service, the breakfast is amazing with two different options everyday, the room is what you see on the pictures, the bathroom is clean with a bathtub. It's about four blocks downtown.
