"Pool was nice but beach was not due to seaweed "

"We stayed one night because spirit changed our flight dates. But I enjoyed the stay very nice their Mexican restaurant was so soooo good coming from a fellow Hispanic I loved it "

"Pool areas were always clean, 6th floor pool was our fave since it's only adults just sucked they closed at 7pm and opened at 10 am. Overall it was a great time and a calm hotel for the time we were there. View from our room on 11th floor was def gorgeous! "

"The experience was disappointing overall. The food didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, some of the Punta bar staff were rude and not very welcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to."

"The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. The rooms were nice, pool and beach amazing. The food however is very lacking. Made for basic Americans. I didnr like anything we had, didn't have much flavor. Wish they just made Mexican food. But the spa was amazing, had the best massage and body scrub"
