"All the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service, especially Aarti and Mir. I truly appreciate their hospitality. My only small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast menu by adding more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff made our stay even better."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! 🌟 The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room had fabulous views across the city, including the spectacular Museum of the Future, which made our stay extra special. Having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room was also a real bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 😊"

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. The check-in staff spoke to the manager and went out their way to...

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful.
The cleanliness of our room was 1st class and the hotel as a whole is very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel and will stay again as they have...

On arrival we found the staff friendly and well mannered. The condition of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were good although it was unfortunate that the room service food menu wasn't available in a restaurant. However there was a nice Japanese restaurant on the premises which offered a reasonable choice and at very reasonable prices. The desk staff were very helpful when the pick-up time for one of our excursions was brought forward without our knowledge making various phone calls on...

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport.
Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. Special thanks to the Suq Manager (Lawrence) who was such a lovely guy with fantastic hospitality. The chefs willingly take individual requests at breakfast without hesitation. The spa...

Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. We spent 2 nights here on a stopover to Australia, and enjoyed the experience. From the hotel you can walk across the road to the creek, and catch a river bus down to the souk, and the Dubai museum. The hotel is a good half hour drive from the beach, but you can use the free hotel shuttle to take you there, (only runs once per day) and then use the beach, pool etc.at the Hilton Jumeirah.
