Cancun South Mountain Holidays

Not the best resort that I have stayed, there is literally no activities at night beside some karaoke and nothing else to do on the evening. Most of the workers don’t understand English, or they pretend not to understand. The food was OK and it’s a pain to make reservations on the restaurant..

The personnel , bartenders specially\\were great

Un lugar super recomendado para parejas, ya que es tranquilo y silencioso. Me gustaría que le hagan un reconocimiento a Adrián, él trabaja en recepción, siempre muy amable y atento.

Loved Omar, server at adult pool! Roof top plunge pool fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. Beach has seaweed but it’s Mexico so can’t fault the hotel. Butlers were awful and not necessary. You can use app to order anything. Bar fridge wasn’t stocked daily and had to use app. Also towels for in the room hard to get unless you order thru app. Beach towels can be found around 9/10 am in lounge areas. Food good. Air conditioning was temperamental. Had electrician in one day. Pools great and fun entertaininment in them. Night entertainment was standard. Great resort to relax. I loved not having to put towels out on chairs in morning. Maybe it’s cause you can’t find them lol. But no shortage of chairs and umbrellas or Bali beds. Overall I’d give it 4 stars. Stayed at ellegance in dec. virtually identical.
