A fine hotel very close to the train station and metros. Staff were very helpful with taxi arrangements to Linate and upgraded our room, also. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with good food walking distance- close to FCO airport

The property is in a great central location especially if you are seeing shows. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Sona in the restaurant and Mohammad in luggage storage. We had a few small issues with our stay. Our shower wouldn’t drain and kept overflowing into the bathroom. We told the front desk and they said they would fix it but it didn’t seem to help the problem much after they said it was fixed. Also we sent laundry out and instead of them delivering it to our room I had to go hunting for it at the front desk and bring it all back up to the room myself. Not a huge deal but for what we paid for the laundry I figured it would be delivered to our room. Lastly, the rooms are very tiny for what you pay. We stayed at many places along our 17 day journey around England and France and this room was by far the smallest. Overall, a clean property with a nice staff and good restaurant with a great location.
