Absolutely beautiful and clean!! Full of natural beauty and animal encounters. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Food wasn’t the best but literally the only complaint I have. Definitely lived up to the expectations I had. I’m a first timer and will definitely go back.

The resort is quite nice, despite the excess seaweed. However the all inclusive food options are of a very poor quality. In fact the Mexican street food from outside is 100 times better. The restaurants have low seating numbers, hence impossible to get any reservations without escalating to guest services. Not a hotel I would revisit!
