"Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay. "

"Excellent overall. Clean beaches. Close to several excursions. Lots of on-site activities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants. Many menu options in buffets. Some restaurants could have had more menu options and higher quality food items. Always felt like a valued customer."

"The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The food was very good at the buffet and the restaurants, especially Bella, the Italian restaurant. The staff was all very nice and helpful especially Aurelio (sp?) at the pool bar, and also Edulardo (sp?) at the beach bar. Aurelio worked so very hard at a crowded bar and was always so prompt and friendly. The drinks were excellent...very well mixed and with very good ingredients. The resort does not have much sandy beach area (not their fault), but other than that this was a really nice resort that we would be happy to visit again."

"The staff in family selection areas were extremely friendly. The cleanliness was great. And the variety of activities to do from day to day was amazing. Would definitely return! Recommend the tapanyaki restaurant as well as the nest for breakfast! "
