Expensive yes - but you are in the heart of London within walking distance of restaurants, theatres and main attractions. Victoria Station is just steps around the corner so really easy to get around the city. Our room was lovely and had a towel heating rack. The in-house restaurants were very good. Highly recommend it!"

"We chose this hotel because we had an overnight layover. It was a great option. We decided to take a free train from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 and take the walking bridge to the hotel. The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed. Overall, this place was a good value for the money and the staff were friendly. "
