The property itself was a little run down, half of the shades didn’t work, most of the freezer was unusable because of ice build up, the washing machine is a combo washer dryer, but it doesn’t dry your clothes at all, you have to hang them up."

"There were no locks on both door to the balcony that did not lock. No towel holders or hooks anywhere in the house for bath towels or any other clothes item. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We said we were four people and they only gave us three bath towels. The pullout bed in the living room was like a rock to sleep on. The map shows the house where the car park is, when in fact the house is not where the map says it is. The landlord said the map shows where the residence was and it wasn’t....

"The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight."

"Great place to stay for a few days, right in the heart of Windsor. The apartment we stayed in had two large bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The location couldn't have been better and communication with the host company was really easy. Would highly recommend!"
