"This hotel was beautiful! All features in the bedroom were so throughout and useful. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out with anything. The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. I didn’t realise until talking to a member of staff that the hotel had been open for less than a week but that didn’t show at all."

"This was the 3 hardest nights sleep I've experienced in years. The room was supposed to be a suite but the bathroom was communal, the window was so old, all the chatter from the smokers that sat on the front stoop until 2 or 3 in the morning plus the traffic noise from City Road seeped through. The room was not as presented online, thus I did not expect, nor want, a hostel but that is the reality."
