Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water.

Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Great adults only all inclusive hotel. Good choice of restaurants.

Really nicely designed hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again and good value for our trip. Free bikes so you can explore beach and town. Breakfast included is cooked to order. Can be a bit different each day e.g. help yourself to coffee / order through wait staff which at times was a bit slow despite many people not being there. This hasn't affected my overall rating at all but there isn't a wardrobe which is a bit annoying for slightly longer stays to hang clothes up. You need to...

Amazing stay in Playa del Carmen, checkin was fabulous with Luis (all staff were friendly and helpful), room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean - hotel is quite new and very tastefully decorated. Lovely rooftop pool and well equipped gym on the ground floor. No restaurant service after breakfast but we knew that and there’s a lot of food choice around. Situated just off 5th Avenue, seconds walk to shops and restaurants at the quieter end of town. We would recommend a massage at Veronica’s...

Lovely staff and our sea view room had an excellent view!

Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream! We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the...

This hotel was probably the best place I have ever stayed at. The property was immaculate, there were so many members of staff ensuring everyone there had an amazing stay. Our room was cleaned and restocked twice a day with fresh water and snacks. The hotel itself is massive but feels boutique in a way due to how it’s split by casa’s with individual roof top pools and lobbies. The main pool and restaurant areas are so clean and beautifully designed. Everything was so thought out from someone...

Everything was perfect but we were the only guests for breakfast. I guess it was low season. This is a wonderful hotel with a nice pool and very clean and accessible to many eating places ie Boston Pizza, Carl's burgers, there are supermarkets nearby ie la Comer. I would stay there again.
