"We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous. "

"Shibari is a top notch resort. Not your typical all inclusive. Very quiet, friendly staff, amazing rooms, top notch restaurant, the cenote inside is a great feature. I highly recommend this place for couples. "
