"Plenty of positive of things about this place starting off with the location this is a place you want to stay if your coming to Chicago everything is either walkable or a train station away from where you want to get too. As far as the place itself was very clean staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed. I look forward to coming back to the great city of Chicago and staying at Eurostar once again. Forgot to mention they let us check in a whole hour and half early from the original check in time and upgraded my room for free for my birthday so they went above and beyond and I appreciated that of them! Chi-town and Eurostar thank you for an amazing experience in such wonderful city!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel! The location was absolutely perfect and made it so convenient to explore everything in the area. We loved having so many amenities right at our fingertips, and the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Between the fantastic amenities, convenient location, beautiful accommodations, and exceptional staff, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the Omni again. Highly recommend!"

"Check-in was very easy and quick. The bathroom needs some TLC but otherwise the room is very comfortable. In the morning hours, the volume of the music in the lobby was very loud to the point where it was difficult to talk comfortably to the front desk. The renovations to this historic hotel were very well done. Overall very nice!"

"Great location to shopping on State St and 1 mile away from the Chicago Riverwalk. Parking on State St and Harrison convenient and safe. Old building but well maintained. Bleach cleaned sheets and pillowcases. Pillows did not stink.Great smelling body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Had 2 double beds with microwave and small refrigerator."
