"This is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. No people talking out loud along the hallway at midnight. The staff personnel was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the size of the elevators. They're very small. That caused some inconvenience especially when going up or coming down with luggage."

"We arrived very late Thursday night due to a house plumbing problem and wanted someplace close to our home. I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. "We had a great experience at this property! The breakfast options were quick and plentiful, the rooftop garden seating area was delightful and the staff were friendly and helpful. As with nearly any city, there are areas in downtown where the houseless population can be a bit intimidating. Our host, Carlos, gave us a map with directions to area attractions as well as some advice on areas to avoid. We parked our car the day we arrived and either walked or took the MTS wherever we wanted to go...
