I did not like that there were tons of kids roaming around in packs - elementary school age. Both pools were dominated by loud families and they kept me up at night. This should not be a family place. It made it so I never used the pool or hot tub. In the early morning, I could not even sit by the pool in peace to read my book because kids were already running about. A professional arena football team was staying there, and players expressed their annoyance as well. Some players were waking up very early to sit in the hot tub to sooth their muscles. It was the only time they could use the property amenities without swarms of kids taking over. Please note, I am typically fine with kids but this was a different situation. The hotel treated the place like a Disney vacation spot.
