My kids loved the s’mores night and movie night! The pool was awesome! Loved the kid pool! Easy access to the bay! Pretty centrally located to go do other activities. I didn’t care for the dining options! The breakfast option was okay but not a great menu nor was it kid friendly at the restaurant.

The place itself was great. The pool and cabanas were relaxing, as was the spa and fitness center. You have restaurant options on site if you didn't want to go far for meals, including a bar that was accessible. The hotel also hosted events everyday to attend to. What could use a little work was the customer service and transparency that we received. The room charges and fees were not transparent to us upfront. It wasn't until after we had left the resort a week later that I had to call to receive a document explaining all of my room charges. After asking for more clarity and asking the front desk woman to stay on the phone just for me to take one minute to review, she quickly rushed and told me to hang up and call back later and didn't have the patience of staying on the phone or even helping to explain some of the charges that I was confused about. In addition, we had no ideas these rooms did not come with microwaves so on our 2nd night there, we requested one from the front desk and the same woman gave such attitude towards providing one. Paying the amount that I did to stay there, I just wanted clarify on my bill but it seems like they didn't even have the patience and kind service to help me out with that.
