Price is same as other hotels that are newer or remodeled on the beach. Location only good thing. They need to overhaul the entire building.

The room was very loud and felt like a prison. And why a couch in a tiny room that just faced the bathroom door? There was no tissue, the parking lot was nearly empty, yet it felt like they gave us the worst room possible.

Very basic accommodations, and the rooms are past due for a refresh/remodel. The beds weren't very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were poor. Really the only reason to stay here is the proximity to the beach.

The staff was amazing--accommodating and proactive in meeting our needs. The room was a bit older, but very clean. The hotel is right on the beach. Have stayed there before and will again!
