This was our second stay here and it certainty won't be our last! The hotel is EXTREMELY quiet! We never heard anyone around us nor above us! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the performing arts center is just a block or two away! We dined at Bernini's Bistro which has Italian Cuisine and outdoor sidewalk dining, and is just down Fay Avenue. It is quaint and delicious especially their creme brulee! From the Ocean view rooms you can't see much of the ocean so we saved money by getting a street view room this time and it was just as quiet and pleasant!

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and the coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine was delicious. We were right in the middle of town and by the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was okay, the walls were very thin and made it difficult to sleep from noise in the other rooms. The hotel room itself was also dated, and could have been a better stay in general.
