"Couldn’t have been more perfect. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. My room was spacious and thoughfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and I have to mention the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The breakfast has a lot of options, very well done. My stay here was pretty much perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive, and gave five star service. My only note here is that the Uber drivers dont come at the front of the hotel, the street is considered private and tables from restaurants nearby block the drive way - so you have to consider walking to the end of the street to get your ride. Still very near, about 30 seconds walk, just something to consider if you have luggages or disabilities. Other than this, this hotel is perfection - if I come back to Lisbon, i will stay here again."

"We enjoyed Hotel Mundial, our room was quiet, nice and large with a window that opened, in old town, walking distance, very near several plazas with restaurants and other options. We were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary and the hotel greeted us with special treats to help us celebrate. The hotel has a very nice breakfast with a high-rise view of the city, and a roof top bar. We felt fortunate to stay at Hotel Mundial and treasure our time in Lisbon, Portugal."

"Stayed here for three nights for our first time visiting Lisbon, location was perfect. So central and close to the metro. Even though the location was so central we had no issues with outside noise. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will deffo be back again! "

"Amazing location and comfy bed, plus great heating / cooling system in the room. The lobby and stairwells had a bad smell. The rooms on the 4th floor of the second building have extremely slanted roof, which made it very difficult to get around the room and spend time in. My partner (he is 6 feet tall) even bonked his head a couple times and I nearly did as well (I'm 5'5), which isn't great. I imagine rooms on the lower flows don't have such a slanted roof, so may be better? We only stayed for one night, so overall it was fine but would not recommend the rooms on the 4th floor. In my opinion, these rooms should be further discounted given the how low the roof is and how much of an inconvenience / slightly dangerous it can be."
