"We stayed six nights in a junior suite, and everything was wonderful. The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly with great communication. My family really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back again."

"Fab location by rossio metro and 28 and 15 tram routes. Spacious room, with huge bathroom, comfy bed and a complementary drink of ginja. Very helpful reception team. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and omelettes to order. Only critique is the hot drinks; teabag brand poor quality and tasteless, as were the various coffees we tried…this was consistently bad throughout our stay. Hotel should defo consider switching brands and/or hot drinks machine as this doesn’t match the rest of our excellent experience. Other than this, thoroughly recommend this place. Wonderful stay! "
