"The property was spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I didn't know there was going to be a laundry machine. I wouldn't have brought so many clothes. It was a little to cold to swim but the pool looked very clean. I never asked if it was heated. The courtyard around the pool is also very nice and well maintained. Location,location , location. The property is central and is near the subway which takes you everywhere. You can also take the subway to the train station that takes you to other places in Portugal. Its also about 4 minute walk , if that, to the tour buses. Now the tour buses are ok. They take you along the 3 subway lines . You have choices of the packages to take. But again the Hotel is great. I would recommend it to anyone."

"Nice hotel in a good location. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get to the centre of town. The staff were excellent. The shower is a wet room style and the drain was quite slow so we had to build a barrier of towels to stop the room flooding. When we told the staff ther my weren’t surprised so I guess this is a common problem. We didn’t try the restaurant, which was mostly empty when we were there. There’s a great little cafe just down the road for breakfast so we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I’d happily stay here again."
