Staff were nice and helpful. Roof top terrace is a bonus. Though the construction works going on below was loud. Also the sound of glass smashing due to the early bin collection. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again

No breakfast but the location is great. The pool is small but it’s great to read and relax late afternoon or to sun bathe prior to exploring the city. The staff are extremely friendly. The showers could use some extra cleaning but overall, I highly recommend this stay and I will definitely come back. I would love to see them adding options for a kettle in the room for tea as well as a small fridge.

For travelers looking for a well-maintained place to stay while you tour Lisbon, this is an amazing and very affordable place to stay. Just the basics - clean room, bed, bathroom, but very attractive courtyards and lounges to spend time in. Close to all major attractions, yet you get a good feel for living in a Lisbon neighborhood. For breakfast, I recommend "Dear Breakfast" just around the corner from the hotel.

The location was great although difficult to find at first since the entrance changed and it wasn't updated on the booking. The room itself and common spaces were clean and maintained, with the exception of one of the bathrooms on a weekend and sometimes not having hand soap (shower gel was available but perhaps more frequent checks would assist) still I would say well maintained for a shared bathroom and there were other bathrooms for use. If you have a car and are driving into the city, your gps doesn't pick up that some streets are blocked off for local use only, so some walking maybe be required to find parking and access the hotel. The rooftop was an absolute highlight here to watch sunsets, there were live DJs and a pop up restaurant during our stay, it was a great place to people watch and see locals and meet other travellers. The location is perfect distance to restaurants and attractions, would stay there again.

The stay started off badly because not only do they have the wrong address listed but they sent me a welcome text on WhatsApp with the wrong address!! The correct entrance was only a 2 min walk away but I was travelling alone with a toddler and a lot of luggage. With the cobblestone streets and hills it was extremely difficult for me to get to the correct address myself. Only after I sent a text saying that the address was incorrect did I get a message with the correct address. This was very disappointing since i specifically looked for a hotel with easy car access. When I got to the hotel at the reception I explained my issue and she denied the wrong address being sent and only apologized after I showed her the text. After that she was kind and helped me to my room. The rooms were fine. The pool felt dirt and there was mold around the edges of the pool. It was a bit noisy at night too.

Helpful and accommodating staff, and the location is very central and convenient. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom felt outdated and could have been maintained better — there was noticeable mold, dust, and cleanliness issues. The slow drain was especially frustrating during our stay. We also noticed that the toilet did not seem thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. It’s a good idea to bring your own disinfectant wipes or cleaning supplies.

The biggest thing was that there's no AC in the bedrooms. I had a private bedroom and it was extremely hot. It had to be about 35 degrees Celsius inside the room. There was no fan, no AC, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to leave and go to a different hotel. This place advertises itself as high end travel hotel, but it does not feel luxury. The rooms were clean and the front desk is very helpful, but a lot of the hotel is under construction and a lot of the common and social areas are not usable because of that. I came here in 2021 and had a great time, but now I won't be coming back, especially in the summer. It's not worth the price. You can find better hotels at the same price point that have air conditioning and nicer amenities.
