"The staff was great!!! The hallways were very hot (no ventilation or AC). The bedroom looked old and our door was dirty inside. No hand towels. The toilet flush button kept sticking every time, leaving the water running until we lifted the top to get it unstuck to allow the tank to fill up."

I knew I was booking budget friendly accommodations, so I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the most challenging thing about my stay was that the window shutter wouldn't close because I think it is broken (room 206) and the street noise below was quite loud (especially the metal plate clunking when cars drove by) I requested a room change, but the front desk staff was not helpful. All the other aspects of the stay were fine, but you should get the window shutter fixed, and see if there's something that can be done about that metal plate on the road that cars drive over throughout the night. "

"Like the saying goes, “Size does not always matter.” Small entrance, but the best and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Loved the spacious bathroom and room, oh the bathroom was perfect because of the wall behind our bed where the big closet blocked the lights. I have problems sleeping when lights filter under doors and when light switches are on. Quiet area, breakfast was wonderful except the coffee. Reception was accommodating and also the restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. My husband and I travel a lot and so far this is the best hotel. I slept like a baby, all through the night. Please give all the staff my most heartfelt gratitude."
