"A helpful pamphlet is provided to let you know where important things are around town. The room was small, but this seemed average for Lisbon. I didn't have any issues here and enjoyed my stay. Staff was kind enough to check in with me daily to make sure I didn't need new towels since I left my DND on the door the entire trip. As a warning, the elevator is very tiny, so if you are traveling with a few people and need to get to a higher floor, it can be difficult. You do also have to travel up to the first floor from the ground floor before you can use the elevator."

"My wife and I stayed from January 9th to the 15th and we had a great stay. The room was clean, we'll maintained and stocked with amenities. The staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. We had breakfast included and it was enough to get us going for the day. The hotel is on a popular street with lots of restaurants and bakeries. At night it can get noisy but with the windows closed it didn't bother us. The hotel is close to the Metro, a train station and trams with popular attractions within walking distance. In all, a very good hotel. On a side note, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. I wasn't expecting it, but it shows how nice and attentive they are. "
