A hotel that provides excellent customer service, a spotless cleaning standard, and located in a very convenient area next to the metro and close by bus transit centers.
What stood out the most was very prompt and friendly guest customer service by the front desk staff. They aim to be very helpful and go out of the way, such as personally hailing cabs outside at the curbside on the main road (since the hotel entrance is in a little, not very visible lane), greeting guests starting out their day (and when they return from their excursions), asking if they needed anything, and being cheerful and friendly. When I had questions and sent via Expedia messenger, these were answered promptly, no matter what time of the day (or evening).
Room was spotless. Same for the entrace and reception areas, elevator, and other common areas. When the maids are not cleaning rooms, they can be seen actively wiping down the common areas regularly.
Rooms are a bit small similar to other European hotels in older parts of town, very little table and counter space, no bath tub, but the lighting and decor has a more modern look. Bed was very firm. Room has AC. Quiet and did not hear noise from adjoining rooms.
Metro stop was within 2-3 min walking and bus transit area about 5 min walking. Felt very safe to walk in the day and evenings when people were out and about. There are a couple of markets right on the same street with a 3 min walk, a pharmacy, and other shops. Many dining places nearby.
