Great location. Even though on a busy street, the soundproofing really works. The apartment was well equipped and the extras were a nice touch, especially the wine! The staff were all very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect where we could walk or hop on a tram to many different sites. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Communicating with Residentas staff was easy through WhatsApp messaging. They frequently checked on us to ensure we had what we needed. And the most wonderful gesture was that they surprised my friend who was celebrating a special birthday with a great bottle of wine and card. When we checked in, we shared that we came to Lisbon for her birthday and Telma made her day extra special. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed in the Classic Apartment with King sized bed and it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the closet had plenty of room and was outfitted with drawers and cubbies. The bathroom was big, had a nice long counter, and the shower had great pressure. The kitchen was perfect and they outfitted it perfectly, also it has a washer which was very helpful! The best part was how quiet the place was, the area outside is busy and they were doing construction when we were there but you couldn’t hear a thing in our apartment. I would very much recommend!

We have been all over the world. Stayed in numerous hotels and resorts. At first I saw that this was an apartment, and structurally it is. It has a washer/dryer, kitchen, fridge, separate room. It appears as an apartment. But it still feels like a high class hotel. Thomas at the front desk was very nice, and we would often have free gifts and welcoming letters on our dining table. Location is amazing. We are near everything. Price is very reasonable for what you are getting. They also gave us water, juices, and milk. Rice and pasta is available too if you feel like buying some other ingredients and cooking on the included stove. All in all, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in all of our travels.
