Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.

The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Need to shout at top of voice for 10 minutes to get some attention. Fortunately room service unlocked door from outside. Traumatic experience. Been this hotel regular customer for last 10 years. Now I need to rethink.

The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage, but the overall experience was just average. I stayed for four nights, and the bathroom in my first room had mold. When I requested a change, they said they were fully booked. The next day, they moved me to another room, but the bathroom was still very basic. Housekeeping was helpful, but the front desk was understaffed, leading to long wait times. Breakfast was disappointing for the price—I expected better.

THESE STAFF AT THE PARK are true definition of " GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY ". THEIR ATTENDANCE TO MY COMFORT AND WELLBEING WAS OUTSTANDING.. Amazing hotel that absolutely saved my trip to India. I stayed at two other hotels during my trip to India, and neither of them came close to the Park. I'm fairly high maintenance when it comes to hotels, and I didn't feel very comfortable showering and sleeping at the two other hotels. I felt right at home at the Park because of its cleanliness. 5 stars.
