"Great location, comfy room. The only issue I had was that I had no control of the thermostat in the room as it is controlled by the building. It was set to A/C and my room was freezing. I was given a space heater that worked well. I would recommend to the hotel to change this and give guests the option to control their own thermostat. "

"This hotel was perfectly centrally located in Lisbon. Our room was ready early, we received a kind welcome gift, and even some flowers for International Women's Day! the Staff were very helpful with giving directions to various locations and suggesting restaurants. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Justa. Obrigada!"

"I specifically picked this hotel and the higher priced room, because it indicated it had a balcony. But ours didn't. When I indicated this, the staff indicated they have received this complaint lots. They also said they have the right to assign rooms. Not all of the higher priced rooms have a balcony. Even though they are pictured this way. To me, they are saying the have the right to false advertise. Not a good business plan. There is nothing in the room to put your luggage on to open it. So you have to use the floor to get things out of your suitcase. Also offered a free drink. That turned out to be about an ounce of port wine. Nothing special. Don't waste your money like I did. Our friends place, a block down, which I decided against, was better and cheaper option. "

"The room was very cute. The staff were great. They knew I had recently celebrated a birthday milestone and they surprised me with a cake and champagne. They are in a great location. "

"Very clean, super friendly staff. The BEST gym!! Restaurant onsite was good. Not many restaurants options in the immediate vicinity but many choices within 15 minute walk. Great hotel option not far from the train station."
